why is my iPod Nano not working?
whenever I touch or press the dial it doesn’t work nor does the screen turn on. when I plug into the computer the screen turns on and looks normal but whenever I press the dial it still doesn’t work. there also appears an icon of a small black briefcase on the upper left corner. what do I do to fix this?
You may need to reset your iPod. If you press the centre button at the same time as the menu button and hold them for a while, that should work. You should see the Apple logo and your iPod will restart. This will not lose any of the items stored on your iPod, by the way.
